Patient Experience Internship

About the Role

We are looking for a Patient Experience Intern to support patients throughout their healthcare journey. The role involves handling inbound patient calls, understanding and resolving queries, collecting feedback, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from patients and assist them with their queries.
• Understand patient concerns and provide appropriate information or guidance.
• Support patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Collect and record patient feedback regarding their experience.
• Identify recurring patient concerns and escalate issues to the relevant teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of patient queries.
• Follow established processes and communication guidelines while interacting with patients.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and feedback.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving patient satisfaction and experience.
