HireXTech provides an information aggregation service listing software developer jobs, internships, hackathons, and technology blogs. You agree to use the platform solely for lawful job-seeking, hiring, or educational purposes.

All original software code, layout design, branding elements, and logos of HireXTech are protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. All third-party company names, trademarks, and logos (e.g., Google, Meta, Vercel, Amazon) belong to their respective copyright holders.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HireXTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your reliance on job postings, communication with third-party recruiters, or inability to access the platform.

6. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
