Responsibilities

• Learn about real recruitment challenges and develop strategies to overcome them.
• Assist in the recruitment process for blue and grey collar candidates seeking overseas job opportunities.
• Support candidates through various stages of their career journey, including skill development and opportunity access.
• Contribute to building a platform that connects talent with meaningful career opportunities globally.

Requirements

• Candidates interested in a 6-month in-office internship.
• Must be eager to learn about international recruitment challenges and solutions.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment focused on human potential and career development.
• No prior experience is required, but a strong desire to make a meaningful impact is essential.
