Key Responsibilities:

As a Growth Ambassador Intern, you will:

• Help promote MyCaptain's programs and increase awareness among students.
• Come up with creative approaches to attract and engage potential learners.
• Assist the marketing team in planning and carrying out promotional campaigns.
• Connect and maintain relationships with students, college communities, and educational institutions.
• Explore potential partnerships and opportunities that can help expand MyCaptain's reach.
• Help organize and promote both online and offline events.
• Track the results of campaigns and recommend ways to improve their performance.
• Gather feedback from students and users to help improve the overall learning experience.
• Represent MyCaptain at college events, workshops, and other promotional activities.
• Share ideas and contribute toward achieving the company's growth objectives.

Eligibility:

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are currently pursuing a degree or have recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Have an interest in growth marketing, business development, community building, or similar areas.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Are comfortable working both independently and with a team.
• Are proactive, motivated, and eager to learn in a dynamic work environment.
