The Hook

Are you an AI-native, fast learner eager to understand how an enterprise actually operates? As a Cross-Functional Intern at Source, you won't be restricted to a single function. Over the course of 3 months, you will gain immersive exposure across core business functions, including Business Development, Supply Chain & Logistics, Finance, and HR.

You will work on real operational challenges, leverage modern AI tools to drive efficiency, and collaborate directly with functional leads.

Your Three Main Objectives

• Multi-Departmental Exposure & Execution: Rotate through and support key projects across Business Development, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and HR.
• AI & Process Automation: Bring an AI-first mindset to automate manual workflows, enhance research, and optimize daily operational processes across teams.
• Execution Excellence: Ensure smooth coordination, documentation, and follow-through across initiatives.

The Toolkit

• Lead Generation & Market Research: Conduct market research, identify potential clients and partners, initiate outbound calls, and identify new business opportunities.
• Project Support: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects across Business Development, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and HR.
• Reporting & Documentation: Analyze data, prepare reports and presentations, maintain project documentation, and ensure timely follow-ups and coordination across teams.
• AI & Process Automation: Use AI tools to improve research, automate repetitive workflows, and enhance operational efficiency across functions.

We Are Looking For Someone With

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Experience or a strong inclination toward outbound calling roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant tools.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
