Key Responsibilities

• Identify and document rising influencers across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat.
• Reach out to influencers and initiate conversations through DMs, WhatsApp, email, and on-ground events.
• Build genuine relationships with influencers and understand their audiences, interests, and goals.
• Own the complete onboarding journey, from initial outreach and product explanation to signup and the first influencer collaboration.
• Help influencers understand how VibeSquad enables them to monetise their fandom, insights, and following.
• Track activation rates, drop-off points, and retention as key performance metrics.
• Follow up with influencers to keep them active and engaged beyond the initial registration.
• Identify promising influencers early and build a strong network of creators for VibeSquad.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram, influencer culture, and the creator ecosystem.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with new people and building relationships.
• Energetic, persuasive, and disciplined with follow-ups.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Self-driven and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative rather than simply coordinate tasks.
