About the Company:

Interiosplash is a dynamic company based in J.P. Nagar, Bangalore. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Accountant to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic accounting tasks, including Debit, Credit, Journal, and Ledger entries.
• Handle Purchase & Sales Entries and Expense Entries.
• Conduct Bank Reconciliation and manage Accounts Payable & Receivable.
• Process Basic GST (CGST, SGST, IGST & ITC) and Basic TDS.
• Manage Payroll / Salary Entries.
• Utilize Excel for basic functions such as SUM, Filters, Sorting, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Operate Zoho Books / Tally for entering and reviewing transactions.
• Perform Invoice Checking, including GSTIN, Tax Rate, Invoice Amount, and Date.
• Conduct Ledger Reconciliation to ensure accurate supplier and customer balances.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting.
• Good knowledge of numbers and calculations.
• Proficiency in basic accounting principles.
• Familiarity with GST and TDS regulations.
• Competence in Excel basics.
• Experience with Zoho Books or Tally.
• Strong attention to detail for invoice and ledger reconciliation.
