Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads generated through the company website and other digital channels.
• Drive client coordination, schedule meetings with the Senior Counsellor or office visits if required.
• Build strong rapport with clients and address queries professionally and confidently.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Continuously refine product knowledge and selling techniques to increase conversion rates.
