Sales Support Executive

Roles:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Support Executive to assist our business development team with lead generation, cold calling, and client outreach activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales, client engagement, and market research.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and introduce company offerings.
• Perform outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client information.
• Schedule meetings and follow-ups with potential clients.
• Support the sales team with market research and prospect identification.
• Track outreach activities and prepare basic sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handover and follow-up.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in speaking with prospects over phone calls.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and online research tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
