Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) with a strong focus on D2C objectives.
• Optimize campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV).
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve future strategies.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and maximum ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Meta platform updates, advertising trends, and D2C best practices.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
• Implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Report on campaign performance to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Associate or similar role, with a strong emphasis on Meta platforms and D2C experience.
• In-depth understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, campaign structuring, targeting options, and bidding strategies.
• Demonstrable experience in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for D2C brands.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A passion for digital marketing and the D2C industry.
