Position Details

Position: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)
Location: Egmore, Chennai
Gender: Female Candidates Only
Industry: E-Commerce | B2B
Languages: Hindi / Telugu / Kannada – Added advantage
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday & Last Saturday Weekoff

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle outbound voice calls and telecalling activities.
• Manage online and print magazine subscriptions, including new subscriptions and renewals.
• Invite delegates for conferences and conclaves and assist with registrations.
• Generate leads and promote packages through H2O Bazaar.
• Use Zoho applications for calling activities, customer management, and reporting.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and subscribers.
• Ensure timely delivery of subscribed customer services and deliverables.
• Track magazine dispatches and follow up with subscribers.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn new processes and take initiative.

Candidate Profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada - Value added.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and customer interaction.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Candidates with experience in Voice Process, Telecalling, Customer Relationship, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales are preferred.
