Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for project and institutional sales within the Paints Group Company.
• Identify and engage with potential clients, including architects, builders, contractors, and government agencies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive business growth.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management.

Requirements

• Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant experience in Project Sales/Institutional Sales, preferably within the paints industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions (Bhubaneswar, Patna, Ranchi, Guwahati).
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
