Role Overview & Specifications

> **NOTE** All Team Members have to submit this form with 1 idea 1 PPT and all have to submit the same. **Ossome Hacks 2.0** is a national-level physical hackathon designed to bring together students from diverse colleges across the country. The event will empower participants to leverage various innovative tech stacks while collaborating on real-world problem statements. As part of the hackathon, participants will be given **36 hours** to brainstorm and develop creative solutions to address global challenges across six domains: healthcare, edtech, agritech, fintech, Web3 & crypto, and open innovation. This hackathon aims to inspire innovation, foster teamwork, and encourage hands-on learning. Special prizes for **best all-female team** and many more hidden prizes... # Eligibility Criteria: 1. Submissions of ideas must strictly follow the provided PPT template: [Ossome Hacks PPT](https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/100ylg4DiWYlFmQSNRrWPuGimtqc5D4naijKq1K0twiE/edit?usp=sharing) 2. Teams should consist of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 members. 3. All participants need to submit their idea, as part of a team, only then their team shall be considered. # Submission Rules 1. Participants are required to submit their ideas for any problem statement within the tracks before the deadline of February 6th March. 2. Participants should adhere to the submission template found on Devfolio. 3. The selected teams should RSVP within 2 days of the Round 1 result announcement by (March 8th). The team will not be considered for the finals if not RSVPed. 4. Participants who are shortlisted for Round 2 should develop their solution only during the offline round. The days can be used for planning their solution, researching existing solutions, etc., but the core development should take place during the hackathon only. 5. Participants should not bring existing projects from previous hackathons. If found without prior disclosure, the team will be disqualified. 6. The duration for the on-site Hackathon is 36 hours, and power supply/internet connection for the participants will be provided. 7. A Jury Panel consisting of external judges, sponsors and tech experts will be assigned to judge the idea based on standard metrics of innovation, implementation, impact factor, feasibility, and presentation. 8. Jury Panel Decision is Final. 9. Team changing or shuffling will not be entertained.
