About the Company:

Future Links is seeking dynamic and passionate professionals to join our Talent Acquisition Team. Our primary focus is on IT recruitment (90%), but we are also open to professionals with experience in Non-IT recruitment (10%). If you have prior experience in IT hiring, it will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT & Non-IT roles.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, networking, headhunting, referrals, and social media.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Keep track of market trends and hiring practices to optimize recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

• We are looking for candidates with 3 months to 5 years of recruitment experience.
• Both experienced recruiters and freshers eager to start their career are welcome, as this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow in the recruitment industry.
• The ideal candidate will have prior experience in IT hiring, but professionals with Non-IT recruitment experience are also encouraged to apply.
