Job Description: (Field Work)

Experience: 6 months-1 year in relevant field

Qualification: B.com Graduate or any freshers can apply

Skills:

• Fluent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic Tally knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-¬benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct product demos and presentations.
• Manage and update sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in a similar industry) Fresher also preffered.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Tally Accounting.
