Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure continuous follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate salaries and extend offer letters.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and comprehensive hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
• Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Core HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Good knowledge of various sourcing techniques and recruitment portals.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Candidates who are immediate joiners or serving a short notice period are preferred.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
