About the Company:

Leadzen.ai is an AI SDR company that helps sales teams focus on closing deals by handling outreach and booking meetings through our AI-powered CRM system. We deliver confirmed meetings without the hassle of manual prospecting, making outbound sales more efficient and predictable.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospects, qualify leads & set up meetings with the client.
• Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
• Generating and nurturing leads to building a strong sales pipeline.
• Update and maintain CRM records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in SDR/Inside Sales/Lead Generation roles.
• Fluency in Hindi & English (spoken).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
