Role Overview & Specifications

Roles:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate payroll processing with the finance team.
  • Ensure timely updating of employee information.
  • Maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documents.
  • Manage employee files and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and company policies.
  • Handle statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, and other applicable regulations.
    Assist in audits and compliance reviews.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and support payroll processing.
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience certificates.
  • Support performance management activities, including appraisals and employee development initiatives.
  • Address employee queries and grievances while promoting a positive work environment.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations.
  • Handle employee exit formalities, including exit interviews, full-and-final settlement coordination, and documentation.
  • Generate HR reports and maintain HR metrics for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HR intern and 6 months to 1 years of HR experience.
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
