About the Role: BRD CAR WORLD is looking for enthusiastic and customer focused Relationship Managers to join our NEXA Showroom in Thrissur. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and enjoy building long-term customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle solutions.
• Manage customer enquiries, test drives, and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcpome to apply.
• Prior experience in automobile sales, banking, insurance, retail sales, or customer relationship management will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Postive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
