Social Media Marketing Associate

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Job Description: We're India's most premium wedding invitation brand and we're looking for a face, a voice, and a creative force to match. If you live on Instagram, think in reels, and know how to stop a scroll, keep reading.

What You'll Do:

• Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram — stories, reels, carousels, the works.
• Write hooks and scripts that actually make people stop and watch.
• Show up on camera with confidence, energy, and presence — you are the brand.
• Track trends and keep tabs on what competitors are doing (and do it better).
• Collaborate with our design and video teams to bring concepts to life.
• Support Meta ads creative — think performance, not just pretty.
• Own your metrics and know what the numbers are telling you.

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years of hands-on social media or content experience (sorry, no freshers).
• A woman who's genuinely comfortable and compelling on camera.
• Someone who gets premium — aesthetics, tone, quality, all of it.
• Deep understanding of Instagram and short-form content strategy.
• A creative brain that can ideate, script, and execute fast.
• Some understanding of Meta ads and what makes creatives perform.
• Collaborative, energetic, and low on ego.
