Watsonite Systems Pvt Ltd is a IT Services division of Wenger & Watson group which provides execution of Scrum Projects and also provides technology professionals to various companies on a contractual basis to Clients in Product, Services & Engineering space. Watsonite service offering includes- Managed IT services, Staff augmentation, Master Service Providers (MSP), Strategic Staffing program (SSP),Payroll, Hire Train & Deploy Currently, serving our Product, GICs, and Start-up Clients on various skills like Fullstack, SDE/SDET, Engineering Managers/Architects/Leads, Cloud & Big Data Platform, Mobility, Testing, AI ,CRM& ERP Watsonite Systems has Operations in all major cities of India: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune and NCR region.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles.
• Drive volume hiring and bulk recruitment within defined SLAs.
• Source candidates through various channels like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media, and job fairs.
• Screen and shortlist candidates through telephonic and virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business hiring requirements.
• Organize walk-in drives, campus hiring, and recruitment events.

Requirements:

• Experience in end-to-end Non-IT recruitment.
• Exposure to volume hiring or bulk hiring.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and ATS tools.
• Preferred Experience in BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Logistics, BPO/Customer Support, Sales, or Operations.
• Experience with staffing firms, recruitment consultancies, campus hiring, or walk-in drives will be an added advantage.
• Strong sourcing and talent acquisition skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Ownership mindset with a focus on timely closures.
• Excellent candidate engagement and negotiation skills.
• Passion for recruitment and delivering a great candidate experience.
