Recovery Executive

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily collection reports and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
• Contact customers through calls, emails, and messages regarding outstanding payments.
• Explain pending dues, payment options, and repayment schedules.

Requirements:

• 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree
• Good communication skills in Tamil, English, Malayalam
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & Email)
