IT Hardware Engineer

Roles:

• Desktop Installation and Troubleshooting
• Network Troubleshooting

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing Desktop< Network Problem and to resolve
• Troubleshooting Netwok & Server Problem and to resolve
• Lifecycle Management: Unbox, image, and deploy customized laptops or desktops to new company employees.
• Defect Diagnostics: Run POST (Power-On Self-Test) routines to pinpoint faulty RAM or failing motherboard chipsets.
• Inventory Control: Document serial numbers, MAC addresses, and warranty statuses in the company asset tracker.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a highly related STEM field.
• 1+ years experience working directly with hardware architecture.
