Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for various projects within the Interior Fit-out, Construction, Civil, and Turnkey Projects industries.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, preferably within the Interior Fit-out, Construction, Civil, or Turnkey Projects industries.
• Proven ability to negotiate effectively and manage supplier relationships.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
