About the Role:

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms.
• Support fundraising and awareness campaigns through digital marketing initiatives.
• Manage both paid and organic marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with the content and design teams to develop campaign creatives.
• Ensure the timely delivery of campaign assets.
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging and communication across all channels.
• Manage and grow the organization's social media presence.
• Monitor audience engagement, comments, and community interactions.
• Track campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
• Prepare performance reports and optimize campaign strategies based on insights.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Recommend new campaign ideas and continuous improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and digital campaign execution.
• Basic understanding of SEO and SEM.
• Familiarity with Canva and marketing analytics tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Passion for social impact initiatives and storytelling.
