Relationship Manager

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Recruit and manage a team of financial advisors/agents.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of financial advisors/agents by meeting and interacting with them on a regular basis.
• Train financial advisors/agents on the company's app to help them serve their customers efficiently and effectively.
• Drive financial advisors/agents to improve productivity and focus on policy renewals.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Requirements:

• For Freshers: A graduate degree in any discipline with excellent communication skills.
• For Experienced Candidates: A minimum of 6 months of experience in motor or general insurance sales. Candidates who have completed Class 12 and possess relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of thriving in a competitive sales environment.
• Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
