Inside Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand the unique needs of prospective members.
• Clearly explain the  program, highlighting its benefits and features.
• Guide prospective members toward enrollment, ensuring a smooth and supportive process.
• Work onsite 6 days a week, with rotational weekdays off.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role.
• Experience in the healthcare/medical industry is a plus, offering a higher compensation package.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment.
• A structured ramp-up program including 7 days of training and 7 days of on-the-job training will be provided.
