Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize campaigns and identify new opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
• Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and campaign settings for maximum effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising platforms.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives.
• Manage budgets and ensure campaigns run within allocated spending limits.
• Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and best practices.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
• Experience with A/B testing and other testing methodologies.
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
