Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including RF and fiber optic devices.
• Configure and troubleshoot network equipment from vendors like MikroTik and Ubiquiti (Ubnt).
• Monitor network performance and ensure optimal operation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network issues and implement new solutions.
• Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering, specifically within the Telecom-ISP industry.
• Proficient knowledge of RF and fiber devices.
• Hands-on experience with MikroTik and Ubiquiti (Ubnt) equipment.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and best practices.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network problems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
