Responsibilities

• Drive the design, development, and delivery of AI/ML solutions, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic architectures.
• Lead the implementation of GenAI projects, ensuring practical and effective deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust AI/ML solutions.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of AI/ML systems.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, particularly in Generative AI and LLMs, and integrate new technologies as appropriate.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise in Python, LLMs, Generative AI, and core machine learning.
• Proven practical implementation experience in GenAI projects (e.g., RAG chatbots, work automation, domain-specific models).
• Experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow or similar is a definite plus.
• Solid understanding of AI architecture, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience with model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP, and cloud-based data and ML services.
• Experienced with agentic frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
