Labour Home India is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Overseas Recruiter to join our Chennai recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in overseas recruitment, excellent sourcing skills, and must be fluent in Hindi to communicate effectively with candidates across India.

Responsibility

• Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates for overseas job opportunities.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and overseas clients.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with documentation, operations, and client teams for successful mobilization.
• Meet recruitment targets within specified timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 1–4 years of experience in non IT / Blue collar Recruitment (Overseas recruitment preferred).
• Hindi communication is mandatory (Read, Write & Speak).
• Good English communication skills.
• Hands-on experience using Naukri Resdex, job portals, LinkedIn, and social media sourcing.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets.
