Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within large government and enterprise accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT system integration solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, specifically targeting large government and enterprise accounts.
• Strong understanding of IT Systems Integration, Data Storage, Data Protection, and Cyber Security practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to articulate the distinct value proposition of Evantage's niche technologies and cutting-edge skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
