About the Role:

As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will work closely with clients to understand their IT infrastructure requirements, design technical solutions, prepare proposals, and support the sales process from discovery through solution presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in client discovery calls and site assessments to understand existing network, security, and IT environments.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions involving routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, servers, and Microsoft licensing.
• Prepare solution designs, network diagrams, Bills of Material (BoM), and technical proposals.
• Coordinate with OEMs and distributors on product selection, sizing, and licensing.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to client IT teams and management.
• Support RFPs, tenders, and compliance responses by aligning proposed solutions with client requirements.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure proposed solutions can be implemented successfully.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and vendor roadmaps, including SD-WAN, SASE, Zero Trust, Managed SOC, and Cloud Security.
• Take ownership of assigned customer accounts after completing the training program.

Requirements:

• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of firewalls, network security, servers, and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is an added advantage.
• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Curious about technology and eager to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior exposure to IT infrastructure or managed security services is preferred.
