• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
• Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve departmental goals.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process is essential.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work comfortably in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Proven strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Any graduate qualification is accepted.
• Prior experience in the BPO industry is preferred.
