Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the software sales sector.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored software solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify new avenues for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably within the software industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Must be based in Mumbai Thane and willing to travel extensively within the region for field sales.
