• Converting leads generated from social media, digital campaigns, and other platforms into clinic walk-ins and confirmed consultations.
• Engage with potential clients through calls, messages, and follow-ups to build interest, trust, and long-term relationships.
• Ensure high lead-to-walk-in and walk-in-to-conversion ratios by applying structured sales techniques.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments in a consultative and ethical manner.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
• Stay updated on new treatments, packages, and promotional offers across clinics.
