• Prepare comprehensive reports on feedback findings for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements based on feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of all feedback collection efforts.
• Assist in developing and refining feedback collection strategies.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all participants providing feedback.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in feedback collection, market research, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
