Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and expand market share in assigned territories.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners.
• Implement sales strategies to promote FMCG, OTC, Cosmetic, and Personal Care products.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the FMCG, OTC, Cosmetic, or Personal Care product industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Residency in the respective district headquarters for Sales Executive/Sales Officer roles is preferred.
• For Area Sales Executive roles, willingness to travel extensively within Calicut, Ernakulam, and Thiruvananthapuram is essential.
