Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Python and FastAPI.
• Implement and manage enterprise multi-agent systems with a strong understanding of agent orchestration, memory, grounding, tool calling, and agent-to-agent communication.
• Build AI agents using Google ADK or similar frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Integrate AI agents with existing enterprise systems and APIs, including MCP.
• Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using services like Cloud Run and Pub/Sub.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI and Terraform.
• Apply strong DevOps knowledge to ensure seamless deployment and operational efficiency.
• Utilize RAG, prompt engineering, grounding, and evaluation techniques to optimize agent performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in backend development.
• Hands-on experience building enterprise multi-agent systems using Google ADK or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of agent orchestration, memory, grounding, tool calling, and agent-to-agent communication.
• Proficiency in Python development.
• Experience integrating agents with enterprise systems and APIs, including MCP.
• Experience with A2A Agents Framework.
• Understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, grounding, and evaluation.
• Experience deploying applications on GCP using Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with GCP, FastAPI, CircleCI, and Terraform.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
