• Maintain accurate records of all recovery activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with legal and sales teams to ensure efficient recovery procedures.
• Prepare regular reports on recovery progress and outstanding balances.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a recovery management role, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of successful debt recovery and client negotiation.
• Strong understanding of legal guidelines related to debt collection.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software and recovery management tools.
