Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and the complete order execution lifecycle from development to shipment.
• Coordinate seamlessly with buyers, vendors, and various internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Prepare essential documentation including quotations, costing sheets, purchase orders, and order confirmations.
• Monitor production progress diligently to ensure strict adherence to delivery timelines and quality standards.
• Proactively follow up on the procurement of raw materials, trims, and accessories.
• Coordinate product sampling, secure necessary approvals, and incorporate customer feedback effectively.
• Track order status comprehensively and resolve any production or delivery issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure all products consistently meet stringent customer specifications and quality benchmarks.
• Liaise effectively with Quality, Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to facilitate timely dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate order records, generate insightful reports, and manage all merchandising documentation.
• Communicate critical order updates, potential risks, and any delays to both customers and internal management.
• Support efficient shipment planning and ensure all necessary documentation is completed promptly.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and all customer-specific requirements throughout the order lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Fashion, Textile, Apparel, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in Merchandising.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of merchandising and order management processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management is a plus.
• Understanding of production planning and quality control principles.
• Experience in customer and supplier relationship management.
