Technical Mentor

Roles:

• We are looking for passionate and technically strong candidates who are interested in mentoring and training engineering students in programming, problem-solving, and technical concepts.
• The selected candidates will work as Training Engineer Interns and will be involved in delivering technical sessions, mentoring students, and supporting placement-oriented training activities.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical training sessions for engineering students
• Handle approximately 6 hours of teaching/training sessions per day
• Teach the assigned technologies/topics as per the company curriculum
• Complete the assigned syllabus/content within the given timelines
• Explain programming concepts in a simple and understandable manner
• Support students in problem-solving and practical implementation
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and consistency during the internship period
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding daily session updates and progress

Requirements:

• Good knowledge in Java / Python / Full Stack Technologies (based on applied role)
• Basic understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Basic mentoring/teaching ability
• Problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Job Details:

• Work Hours: Approximately 6 Teaching Hours per Day

• Stipend/Commercials based on performance and interview evaluation
