Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Builders, Promoters, and interior designers in the building materials sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the market base in the Kochi region.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
• Promote B2B channel sales 
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for improvement.

Requirements

• 2 to 8 years of experience in sales within the building materials industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of the building materials market in Kochi.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
