Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage the Customer Data Platform (CDP) to consolidate and activate customer data.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and enriching customer data from various sources.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality and governance.
• Implement segmentation strategies and personalization initiatives leveraging CDP capabilities.
• Monitor CDP performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize data processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer data management and CDP technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) in the healthcare insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with data visualization tools and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
