Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for various field positions.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Recruiter or similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment software.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
