Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints for interior spaces.
• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and 3D renderings to clients.
• Select and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment, and finishes, considering aesthetics, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Create detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, for construction and installation.
• Oversee the implementation of design plans, ensuring adherence to specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver projects on schedule and within financial parameters.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative and fresh ideas to projects.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably within the real estate or home design industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of interior design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and space planning.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
• Creative flair, attention to detail, and a passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces.
