Gadiel Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager for AI Workflow to join our dynamic team. We specialize in delivering cutting-edge enterprise AI and data engineering solutions for Fortune-class clients, working at the intersection of IBM partnerships, SAP/CRM integrations, and intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 15-20 people, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Serve as the primary customer interface, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.
• Oversee end-to-end project management for enterprise AI and data engineering projects.
• Accurately scope the complexity and effort required for agentic AI workflows.
• Handle objections effectively from both customers and internal teams.
• Manage change processes to ensure smooth project transitions and adoption.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation for all project phases.
• Conduct UAT validation to guarantee solution quality and alignment with requirements.
• Manage OEM relationships, particularly with IBM.
• Drive the implementation of AI solutions, NL-to-SQL systems, RAG deployments, and multi-agent orchestration projects.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in project management, specifically within AI and data engineering domains.
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end delivery of complex AI projects.
• Strong understanding of AI implementations, NL-to-SQL systems, RAG deployments, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with IBM partnerships, SAP/CRM integrations, and intelligent automation is highly desirable.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate challenging project environments.
