About the Company

Diagnex is a fast-growing home healthcare startup dedicated to making a meaningful impact in patient care. We are expanding our Business Development and Operations team to enhance our reach and service delivery in the home healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries for home healthcare services (nurses, attendants, IV therapy, physiotherapy, etc.)
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, enquiries, and past clients.
• Understand patient requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions in CRM or tracking sheets.
• Coordinate with the operations team for service scheduling and deployment.
• Provide clear information on pricing, services, and process.
• Handle objections and build trust with clients/patient families.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups.
• Upsell or cross-sell additional services where relevant.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi; regional language preferred).
• Prior experience in telesales, healthcare coordination, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient conversations with empathy.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp communication).
• Target-driven with a positive attitude.
• Rotational shifts / Day shift (as per business requirement).
• Availability on weekends may be required.
