Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems (QMS) across all operational areas.
• Design and execute detailed test cases to ensure product integrity and performance.
• Conduct thorough quality control (QC) checks at various stages of production and development.
• Perform detailed quality inspections to identify and rectify any deviations from standards.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Management (ISO 9001) standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all quality assurance activities, findings, and resolutions.
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement to enhance overall product quality and efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality engineering.
• Contribute to a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Requirements:

Basic Computer skill like MS Office

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding and practical application of Quality Control (QC) principles and methodologies are expected.
• Experience with Quality Inspection techniques is necessary for meticulous product assessment and defect identification related heavy machineries.
• Knowledge of Quality Management (ISO 9001) standards is crucial for ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement.
