HR and Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated MBA graduate specializing in HR & Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and marketing activities. The candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement and performance management activities.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and HR compliance documentation.
• Support payroll coordination and HR administrative tasks.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining a positive work culture.
• Coordinate digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Coordinate with design and sales teams for marketing materials.
• Generate and qualify leads through various marketing channels.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare marketing reports and campaign performance summaries.

Requirements:

• MBA with a specialization in HR & Marketing.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with recruitment portals and social media marketing.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with digital marketing tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of Canva or basic graphic design tools is preferred.
• Experience using CRM or HRMS software is preferred.
